Ron Davis

For the past 20 years, Ron Davis has been a leader in driving technology solutions to the marketplace. His experiences include the creation of electronic marketplaces with over $25 Million in saleable inventory, management of a sales and marketing center for an industrial electronics distributor, generating over $50 million in annual sales. Additionally, Ron oversaw all sales and marketing functions for Software Development Company, aXs Info, in which he created an indirect sales channel from formation to 25 independent Value Added Resellers throughout the Eastern U.S. and over 100 unique customers in a 2 year period.

Charles Davis

Charles served as Chief Financial Officer of Plantation Building Corp, a regional builder/developer located in Southeastern North Carolina. Plantation Building Corp develops projects in multifamily urban infill markets. As CFO, Charles was responsible for all financial management aspects of the company including due diligence on all new projects. Additionally, Charles had reporting responsibility for Human Resources, Legal and New Markets Development.

Prior to Plantation Building Corp, Charles was a Senior Vice President with SunTrust Bank. At SunTrust, Charles was in charge of Commercial Lending for eastern North Carolina with lenders located in Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh and Wilmington reporting to him. Portfolio management included overseeing a portfolio of operating companies with loans outstanding totaling over a billion dollars.

Charles is one of the founding partners of The Meadowmont Group, a multi-strategy Hedge Fund focusing on the healthcare, biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance from Winthrop University. Charles holds a MBA degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
